We get it – solving water issues in your home can be overwhelming. We’re here to help by providing simple information, risk-free solutions, and white-glove installation so you don’t have to lift a finger.
Ready to bring better water into your home with a Pura product, but aren’t quite sure what to expect? Let’s break it down.
At this point, you probably know which water problems you want to tackle – and maybe you’ve browsed our products.
What’s next? When you’re ready to dive in, get in touch with one of our Pura representatives by calling, emailing, or sending us a message. We can help answer any questions you have, make sure you’re selecting the perfect product for your home, and book your installation.
We usually need one-to-three days advance notice for your appointment, but we’re flexible if you need more time! Once your appointment is booked, you can sit back and relax – we’ve got it covered from here.
On the day of your appointment, one of our expertly trained technicians will arrive to install your new Pura product in your home. Each of our technicians go through rigorous training and will make sure your installation goes smoothly, comply with all service and installation requirements, and meet local plumbing codes for a seamless, risk-free experience from start to finish. And don’t worry about shutting off your water beforehand, we take care of everything.
With us, there’s no need to watch tutorial after tutorial outlining how to install a water softener to make sure you don’t cause any issues with the plumbing in your home or cause a pipe to spring a leak – and no need to Google any of your questions either, that’s what we’re here for. The whole installation process takes between two-four hours, but if you have any questions before or after your product has been installed, feel free to reach out.
And, of course, whether you rent, rent-to-own, or buy, you won’t be charged until your new Pura system has been installed – because we think getting quality water in your home should be risk-free.
